I am excited to be a guest artist at St. John’s International Circus Festival, teaching a workshop on “Act Creation.”

• Helped students understand body awareness and taught games to understand how your body reacts to improv.

• Showed examples of RHYTHM and POINT MIX and how they work together through warm up games.

• Helped students discover their unique style of physical comedy.

• Students explored techniques to bring emotion and humor into their performances and work.

• I taught my Three Breaths stage technique, assuming place and character and making a solid connection to the audience.

• Helped students apply these techniques to their own work.
